A first-of-its-kind program aims to equip Indian professionals with the skills to build production-ready Agentic AI Systems.

As AI reshapes industries at a pace that India’s talent pipeline is struggling to match, upskilling has become a critical priority for working professionals. Recognising this widening skills gap, Interview Kickstart, the Silicon Valley market leader in upskilling trusted by thousands of tech professionals, has joined hands with PwC India to launch a 12-week Agentic AI Career Accelerator aimed at preparing India’s tech workforce for the next wave of AI-driven roles.

The launch comes at a moment of profound transformation. AI-driven tools are reshaping everything from compliance and diagnostics to customer experience. Yet, the shortage of professionals capable of building and orchestrating these systems remains acute.

ServiceNow’s latest research estimates that AI-led transformation could add 34 million jobs to India’s workforce by 2028. Indeed’s recent data shows that AI-related roles now make up 11.7% of all job listings in India (which is over 75 million jobs), reflecting a steep rise in demand.

A program created with industry leaders

What sets this program apart is its collaborative design. Developed in collaboration with PwC India’s Emerging Technology team and taught by both PwC experts and Interview Kickstart’s MAANG+ mentors who work at top-tier technology companies, the curriculum immerses learners in the tools and frameworks shaping modern AI engineering—RAG architectures, LLM orchestration, LangChain workflows, MCP, ReAct, Guardrails, and cloud deployment with AWS.

The format is practical & use-case and tool-based: 100% hands-on, combining structured learning with capstone projects, career mentorship, and up to three personalized 1:1 sessions and weekly live AMAs with senior AI engineers and hiring managers from MAANG+ companies and PwC India.

Interview Kickstart’s global network of 700+ instructors from FAANG+ companies and 27,000+ alumni will also add immense value to learners, who get the opportunity to study directly with the experts working on cutting edge AI on a daily basis.

By the end of the program, participants will have built a portfolio of enterprise-level Agentic AI Projects that showcase readiness to recruiters & hiring managers.

“The challenge today isn’t AI adoption—it’s AI talent readiness,” said Interview Kickstart Co-founder Ryan Valles. “Our goal in collaborating with PwC India is to empower professionals to apply AI meaningfully in their roles, whether they work in engineering, data, or product or any other role.

Solving real-world problems, not hypothetical ones

Learners work on problem statements tied to real industry use cases:

  • A Healthcare Diagnostic Agent that interprets medical scans

  • An e-Commerce Pricing Agent that reacts to competitor shifts

  • A Supply Chain Logistics Optimizer that intelligently optimizes routes, demand forecasting, and inventory management

Each project is structured to result in deployable Agentic AI Systems—giving learners a portfolio that reflects practical, job-ready skills.

The program concludes with a PwC India × Interview Kickstart certificate, a credential designed to stand out as Indian companies race to build in-house AI capabilities.
